Mimi Curran, Founder & Director

Mimi is an accomplished Executive Leader who helps organisations achieve exponential commercial growth and innovate at scale in Australia and internationally, with specialist expertise in digital and tech. She has driven success for Enterprise and Government organisations through to funded start-ups or VC/corporate-backed new ventures. Mimi began her career during the dot-com boom in the early 2000’s as a front-end web developer in Southern California, working for one of the first SaaS software development companies developing software in Sun Microsystems' Java programming language, before it was an established standard.
From there she worked with blockbuster movie studios and game developers to deliver immersive online customer experiences including for Universal, Sony and Orion Pictures (owned by Amazon and MGM) and then a series of high-growth tech and digital scaleups including one of the largest IPOs in U.S. history, eCommerce toy company eToys, after which she emigrated to Australia. Mimi’s career has spanned multiple countries and continents including the US, Asia and ANZ working with some of the world’s largest companies in Government, Banking & Financial Services, Insurance, Real Estate, Telecommunications, Information Technology, Media, Advertising & Entertainment and working with some of the world’s largest clients including Google, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft and Facebook/Meta. Her extensive skills and proven experience encompass Innovation Advisory, Business Strategy and Business Transformation, Marketing & Growth, Commercial Partnerships & Business Development. Mimi is also a passionate sustainability advocate with a 2nd degree in Sustainability, currently serving as Founder & Chair of Eastern Suburbs-based community garden co-op and sustainability educator, The Garden at Maroubra.
